All it took was one call to Justin to set up this move!!! Used this team to move from my 2 story condo to temporary storage. As scheduled a 3 person crew arrived, picked up my furnishings with care, delivered the load and again handled my items with care, maximizing storage space. They were responsive to our fragile items. I would definitely refer this All Aboard movers Crew to all my friends and family and look forward to using them again on my move to our home. Jesse G.

We recently moved from Sn Antonio , TX to Piscataway, Nj. The crew that arrived did a great job. They took good care in packing things and delivered them perfectly. Their services included packing, storage, moving , delivery and finally unpacking and assembling things at a very reasonable price. They were very professional. I was very pleased with All aboard movers. i moved from Texas to florida. Josh was very honest on the phone. He quoted me a price of 925$ and my total move was 1075$. I receive my Stuff promptly on time . I did plenty of research before selecting this company. I prayed and read great company reviews on line so i decided to take a chance. I am very glad I did. I would use all about movers again! They did a very good job 🙂

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. First of all the movers Adrian and Abel were 40 minutes late. Second, Adrian insisted on getting a huge tip AFTER THEY CHIPPED MY WOODEN DESK, DRESSER AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. Third, they worked really slow since they were getting paid by the hour and most of all when I called Justin (the owner) to complain about my damaged furniture, he said “I would receive an email from the company within 20 days.” It’s now been two months and still have yet to receive an email. I called him again and he never called me back.yel VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Well, they got all my stuff from my old house into my new one…so that’s good. HOWEVER…they damaged a dresser that I specifically told them to be careful with. Rather than carrying it by hand they threw it up long ways on a metal dolly, the bottom of which had bare metal, and scratched a bunch of paint off a freshly refinished dresser. When I brought it to their attention they immediately started making excuses, saying it was already damaged, before finally admitting they did it but telling me to “just get some touch up paint and fix it myself.” One of the guys screamed at me and told me they were not going to finish my move. He then went outside and started loudly talking about me to the other workers. For a few minutes I literally thought the guy was gonna punch me. Not the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called Justin the owner during the move and he admitted that the worker in question has gotten grumpier with age and the wasn’t the first time he’s had issues with him. If it were my business I’d make sure my employees didn’t scream at the customer. And I’d probably offer a discount if my guys damaged furniture in addition to screaming at the customer. Other than being afraid of getting punched and the damaged furniture they did alright with (yel)the move.

I’ve never hired movers before, and had called these guys. I’m so glad I did! Justin, the customer service rep, was very courteous. The two guys they sent out – Adrian and Abel, were fantastic as well. We had four large furniture items that needed to be moved down 3 flights of stairs and had hired them for 2 hours, thinking it may be tight. They were so quick we had 30 minutes left after they brought everything over to the new apt! Quote was spot on, no extra hidden fees. I definitely recommend All aboard movers !!
