The company showed up early and got to work right away. However, they began to quickly complain about the amount of boxes. It went from 100, to 150, 200 and finally 250. They complained that I had too much stuff for a 2 br apartment, more so that of a 4 br house, then 4 br mansion and finally a 5 br mansion. This was my first move in 14 years. They broke a lamp, nicked every piece of wood furniture, damaged and armoire. When I questioned the tape they used to conceal the damage on one of my items they said, “We were hoping you wouldn’t notice.” They told me my couch was too big and said I should leave it outside with a for sale sign and buy something from Ikea. My shower caddy never made it. The move took twice as long and they tried to charge me almost double. They gave me a quote over the phone, never did a site survey and complained about the number of boxes. The owner told me I never asked for one. They used no padding, no shrink wrap. This was such a terrible experience.
