I usually don’t tend to write reviews but I felt as though I was satisfied with my move and I should let others know. First, i originally booked my move with another company. On the day of my move they came and were trying to over charge me more than what we agreed on. I ended up canceling my move and not finishing it. Shortly after I was in need of a good company but i was hesitant because of what had recently happened to me. i was considering moving myself but i took a chance and called Big foot moving & storage . They quoted me reasonable price that i was hoping would not change. When they came to move me i was afraid they were going to try and charge me more. after they finished packing away all of my things they closed the job with the same price i was quoted. it was a great feeling! They did a wonderful job and I thank them for all the help.

Big Foot Moving moved us out of a 4200 sq ft condo in a luxury building in Boston with almost 20 years of accumulted stuff in it. We were eliminating a home, so all of our things were being divided between 6 drop off points – they delivered everything seemlessly. One of the dropoffs was a storage unit where I needed the stuff divided into two ultimate recipients – our Florida home and our daughter’s place. When I went there to arrange the shipment to Naples, Fl, I was so excited to see how perfectly organized the storage unit was – they did an amazing job. My moving crew of 4 arrived promptly at 8am. They were very helpful, friendly as well as professional in their manner. I was moving a 2 bedroom home and a storage unit with another 2 bedroom home to a large 5 bedroom home. I had an overwhelming amount of furniture and boxes.
