DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Absolute crooks.
I’m writing this review at 9 pm when I was told they would be arriving at 9AM! What’s worse is that our driver refused to deliver our stuff unless we paid $400 dollars for a shuttle or we could rent a U-hal and come pick up our stuff in the parking lot of the gas station we we’re staying in.
The driver said he couldn’t drive the truck in our neighborhood. No cars in the street, no low power lines no excuses. The driver said the truck wouldn’t fit. I took the driver with me down our neighborhood street and showed him. If their drivers can’t make a left hand turn down a two lane road that’s big enough for cars to be parked on both sides of the road and still drive though with our SUV, then they should not be driving.
-PLEASE save yourself the time, money, and frustration of using this company.

The monetary estimate doubled. The time estimate was 10 days. Turned out to be 17. They broke numerous items….3 tables, a chair, and bent a bunch of metal lamps….that’s what we have counted since the drop. We are just starting unpacking. They also called to warn us their employees may try to ask for more money and under no condition should we pay a dolarge over the 1400 due. Then they left all the packing trash and cardboard on the front porch and yard.

Things at first were going well except that the cost of the move ended up being triple what the first quote offer was at beginning .
with the fact that there was no help from them when i contact them about stolen pieces of my jewelry …I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND not using this company for your next move.

My experience with american van trooper was positive. They seems to be honest movers who really care about their work. I was moving out of an apartment and into a storage unit. Everyone was knowledgeable and worked really hard. The entire crew was especially helpful and professional. So if you looking for an household moving company call them. Great company with a great attitude !!

We researched several moving companies in our area and after reading online reviews we decided to go with All American trooper, that has been in business for over 15 years. The office staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate our moving date. The guys that arrived on my move day, were friendly and very professional. They were on time and had great attitudes. The whole move went really well without any supersizes . The movers used a lot of care when moving us and the price was very fair. In addition the price we were quoted was the amount we were charged. So if want a free moving house tips and you looking for an household moving company We highly recommend to give them a call.
