Very poor experience – would not recommend.
– Despite being quoted a moving time of 12-4pm, the movers arrived at 3:15pm and took almost 5 hours.
– Due to the restrictions on evening moves that many buildings have in New York, my family and I were required to carry many items to/from the truck to try and meet any sort of reasonable time frame.
– I was charged by my building an additional fee due to the late move time and requested compensation from Expedite to help offset this. I was met with a very dismissive response from management referring me to a third party claims service, showing little regard for customer care.

The guys moved my stuff without any problem and they were very professional. my stuff arived without scratches and on time. (Not obvious)
