Beware! Run, don’t walk, elsewhere! Poor experience. Poor coordination. Poor communication. Cannot believe they’re in business.
No information/updates were ever pushed to customer. Customer had to pull every (false) update along the way.
Broker will claim it’s out of their control and at-fault is the transporter/driver. Well perhaps, but they chose low integrity business partners and/or employees to provide the 360 degree poor service.
Auto was picked up Friday the 10th to be delivered Mon the 13th. Mon pushed to Wed. Wed pushed to Thur afternoon. Thur afternoon pushed to Thur evening “around 6pm”. Still no-show, no-call.
Fri the 17th 9:14am VM indicating auto is en route and driver will call in a couple of hours. Email at 12:31pm indicating driver en route and has contacted me. Still no contact.
Fri 3:00pm I contact driver who indicates 90 minutes to delivery…. Truck arrived at 4:33 in good condition, but driver tried to collect additional $1,000.00 COD even though transport was pre-paid in full.
