    Most moving companies do such bad jobs! I wasn’t expecting Pick Up Movers to be different but they surprised me. The crew arrived within a short time of their given schedule and packed up all my belongings quickly. The loading process went smoothly and they delivered right on schedule as well. Had I known these guys existed, I wouldn’t have wasted so much money on inefficient moving companies for all these years!

    I want to thank Pick Up Movers for all their help when I moved from North Carolina to Alabama. I never thought that I will overcome my fear of hiring a moving company, especially since the last time I moved when the movers were not careful and broke my antiques. But the movers from Pick Up Movers were extremely careful and friendly. Keeping track calls made my move trouble free as well for they have an awesome customer service.     After doing a lot of research and about a week on the phone and by email, I finally chose to go with Pick Up Movers. I always had bad moving experiences in the past. However, this time it was really different! I have to say. I am not the one to go online and write something, but since the move went well, I thought that this company deserved my good word. They have very professional office staff which is the first thing that took my attention. They answered every one of my questions. I knew that they cared and they gave me damage free and stress free move. I would recommend them to anyone blindly!

My belongings were very safely transported by these capable and experienced movers. There was not even a scratch on them when they were delivered. The movers were always so helpful and friendly.     I highly recomend NOT using this company unless you want your items deliver very late (passed contract date) and broken. And WILL NOT return phone calls from for after they have your items. And don’t mind them telling you that you move is inconvenient for them.
    We scheduled a move from Indiana to Texas. Contract 4220626 Frank worked well with us during the move out. We moved out on June 23 and 24. Out move in date was scheduled for July 7.
    I contacted Frank a few days later and told him we needed to update the move in time as the original home owners were unable to leave. So he advises us to send an email so its on record. This email stated that the 24 of July is OK to move in. I let the dispatch know that we would need a few day notice before the arrival if it was coming after that Wednesday (26) so we could arrange someone to be there as there was a good chance due to our work schedules we would not be. We did not here from dispatch on Monday so I called to remind them we are leaving for a week and would need to arrange someone to be at our house.
    I called again on the 26 and left a message (I got no return call) and I called on the 28 and was told that dispatch would call me that evening. (I received no call) I called again on the 31 and talked to Michael and he stated that this job is very hard and it an inconvenience for us to deliver the items. (BTW it is an inconvenience for me to pay you almost 12k but i payed it and i payed it early before the delivery came.) He did advise they are loading the truck and we would get a text when they will arrive. We were told it would be Wednesday afternoon. The truck arrived on Thursday and we asked if they know when the next truck is coming. We were told by the 2 persons that unloaded most likely they would be back Monday or Tuesday. I changed my schedule and took Monday to Wednesday off to someone would be at the house. We called and left messages on Monday and got no reply. We called on Tuesday and finally got a text reply from Michael after 5pm CST saying he did not know when he will get it scheduled but most likely the end of the month. This is Well past out contract of 21 business days for the move (that is on the 21 of Aug.) Michael texted us that he would let us know on the 21st when they might be able to get the truck to us.
    I called on the 25 of Aug (now 4 days past the max contract date) I made a call to the company again. I received a call back from Frank. He constantly swore at me and tells me did not care about the move he only wanted to keep his job so he was not going to talk to management about the screw up. He said it would be at least a few more days before they get to the house. (Now 6 days past the contract date of business days and 34 days since the first move in date.)
    On August 29 a truck arrived at 7pm. (I told them on the phone I would be leaving at 730pm to go to work so they would not be able to unload that day.) They insisted they unload the truck then. At 1am my wife kicked them out as she had to get up at 5am for work. They just unloaded the rest of the stuff in the garage and sidewalk and left with no planes to come back and many items were not put back together of carried up the stair as we paid them to do.
    I contacted Frank on September 18 (after I sent him an email on Aug 31) and was very rude to me when I explained how the delivery personnel did NOT put our items together and he did not care about being late. He then reneged on when they were going to compensate us for being late.
