My poundage was estimated at 16700 by the surviance person. They sent out two women who did not seem to want to even work or even show up on time. They took more breaks then was packed. They showed up after 12pm and left before 5pm on the first day. Second day they did show up at 10am but they liked their breaks. They stayed until about 7:30pm. They never asked me if they could stay late. The girl which I assume was the lead stayed in the kitchen and my wash room the time that she was there. My wash room and kitchen were basically boxed up in totes or their boxes already. those two rooms required very minimal of boxing up stuff. I did have items set aside for them not to box but boxed it up anyways. The truck was coming on Wednesday and my stuff was not properly boxed or tagged. Truck shows up around 7am and asked is stuff ready…. LOL… The two girls did not show up until after 11am. the laughed and said they had truck problem. Then started complaining how stuff that was not marked was not their problem… Overall this move was the worse move ever. My grandkids could have done a better job. My stuff was not even all packed up. I had to leave stuff behind. I now have to drive back to Lawton, Oklahoma and pick the rest of my stuff iand return back to Meridian, Mississipp. Do not hire this company based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Also they did not pack my glassware properly or keep Rooms separate. Run as fast as you can from this company!!!!!!! If I could take away stars it would be negative!!!!!
