These guys are total con artists. They took more than twice as long as they originally quoted to deliver my stuff, they lost some boxes which I may never see, and they tried to overcharge me. AVOID these thieves and liars.

I am in a trap right now. They picked up my stuff on 10/17 and am still waiting its delivery. As mentioned by Laura, nobody seem to have any clue about my shipment. Once I called CC, I was told that Dispatch needs to update the status. Second time I called the same day after an hour, I was told that you called up about an hour back and he hung up the phone. I called up again and was told that Operations is going to get in touch with me. I asked the lady, if there is anything wrong or unusual with the shipment, she said no all looks good but have no clue about its status.
@Laura, how did you finally received your stuff. Did you approach the cops ?
@Yvette, did you receive your stuff eventually ?
@Jodie, you seemed to have gone through an ordeal. It had to come down to cops to close this?
I am running short of ideas to figure out where my stuff is. Any suggestion in this regard, will be helpful.
