This company tells you that they have transport trucks in the area and will pick up your vehicle. Just a broker, Autostar has no trucks. I awaited 14 days, which included 10 work days with no movement. I was told that the price was in the upper category fee for that area to TN.
Also, they ask for a deposit and did absolutely nothing but enter the car to be transported in the system. Terrible communication, most of the time would not return my call. I asked Autostar if they had the trucks in the area, why don’t you call them, guess what……. no response.
My deposit was refunded after I dropped them and I signed with another transport company that did not require a deposit and moved the car within four days. I had to pay a little more, but was well worth it. That’s the way you do business.
